2 Achilles reconstructions 6 years apart. As a large mammal playing OL, this stuff catches up to you. I will physically be down and out for at least 6 weeks. I am hoping to be back training on-field mid January. If anyone is looking for virtual training and film study in the meantime, let me know. I do have a few OL training contacts around the Charlotte area if anyone is interested in physical training during this time. As always my can reach out to me anytime with any questions or assistance needed. Slight set back but I will be back on the field sooner than later!
