Haven't ran out of food since Spring of '22, but we came close yesterday! Thank you Texas Station Event Center for having us out and ALWAYS putting on a great event. Thank you Jim Baize for powering the operation!

This was an amazing end to one hell of a run. 2600 people across 5 counties in 8 weeks.....on top of my 40 hour/week day job. 🥵

Catering #7 for the week was a Kentucky Derby party and everything turned out great!! Fallon was behind the bar serving up Mint Juleps, Oak Lily's and Burbon Iced Tea. We had Charcuterie cups for starters followed by Hot Brown Sandwiches and Kentucky Bourbon & Bacon Pulled Pork Sliders.

First DOUBLE booking of the year worked flawlessly. Denver cut - steak dinner made it to Gatesville and a Fajita Bar was just delivered in Mound!

Charcuterie Cups accompanied with Spinach and Artichoke dip for starters.

For dinner we had the option of a Caprese or Cordon Bleu Stuffed Pork Loin. Sides consisted of Parmesan and Panko crusted Green Beans + Roasted Rosemary and Garlic Potatoes.

1) Thank you everyone who stopped by today! We really appreciate the business and it was great seeing yall!
