Russell Williams (criminal) - Wikipedia David Russell Williams[1] (born March 7, 1963) is a Canadian serial ra**st, murderer and former colonel in the Royal Canadian Air Force. He is currently serving a life sentence with the possibility of parole after 25 years for two murders, committed in November 2009 and January 2010.
