I submitted my application for a permit with the bakery trailer today including my proposed new menu. Every day it's getting closer and I'm so excited!!

This is a rich dark chocolate cake base with coffee infused chocolate butter cream icing and chocolate ganache. One of my long time favorites and I can't wait to make them for y'all!

I will have some mini Mud's cakes available Friday. I'm planning to make my favorite flavor combinations since my birthday is Saturday.

Update on the mobile bakery trailer

I have power, lights, a counter work space, mini split air conditioner, 3 compartment sink, hand washing sink, refrigerators and freezer. Work is moving FAST and we hope to be up and running in October!

Right now it's in stages and a mess but I can finally see things coming together! More updates to come!

The folks at Olive Garden in D'Iberville got a sweet treat today for my friend Shonda's belated birthday. She requested my strawberry dream cake and I hope they all enjoyed!

Made this cake for my sweet friend Juiced By Kakes LLC little girl who turned 4 today. She requested the little mermaid and I found the doll for her to keep and play with once the party is over.
