The Student Association (SA) is the one organization at Geneseo of which every full time undergraduate student is a member. Students become members of SA when they pay the mandatory student activity fee each semester. This money, along with income realized from programming, is allocated to support student organizations, services and programs which improve the quality of extracurricular life at Gen
Last weekend, the Alliance for Community Enrichment hosted the Intercultural Dinner. Members of the Student Association Executive Board attended and was proud of the work that put into the night.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended our very first Backyard Bash in collaboration with the Mu Sigma chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., there was amazing food, amazing organizations that tabled, as well as great prizes.

Last weekend during Fall Break most of our Executive Board had the opportunity of going to Washington, D.C.
During this trip, SA Exec immersed themselves among various educational opportunities pertaining to history and leadership amongst this country.

Yesterday, President Alexander, Director of IDEA Abbyy, and Director of Inter-Residence Affairs Amari participated in community service at Rochester Institute Technology. They donated food from the food pantry from RIT’s FoodShare building.

This weekend, four of our Executive Board members had the opportunity to attend the Leadership Conference hosted by the SUNY Student Assembly in Albany, NY.

The Student Association would like to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.
Currently, three of our Executive members are Hispanic and take pride in their culture.
There are events throughout the month by the SA Funded club, the Latinx Student Association celebrating Hispanic Heritage month.
