Our condolences to the family of Ed - our hearts are broken for his family but know that he is at peace and free of pain now. We pray for their hearts to heal after such a huge loss. He was a golden retriever lover and the family has asked for donations to go to As Good As Gold, golden retriever rescue.

We had customers who stopped in on their way back to Texas. They are big NASCAR fans and have a fond spot for Bobby Labonte. They convinced Jeff to release a couple of items and sent us photos of their new home. We love it when things we’ve loved are wanted and enjoyed.

Squirrels are very cute, but not when they're destroying air tubes and wires under your hood. They make deterrents - if anyone has any known ways to deter, please comment below.

We have a new leader for amount, or lack, of oil in a vehicle that the motor hasn't blown up. This vehicle only went 800 miles over on the oil change. You have to check your oil level between oil changes, a lot of motors nowadays burn oil and the manufacturer's say it's acceptable to burn 1 qt every 1,000 miles; however many cars are burning at higher rates.

🍁 's third - and final - curbside leaf collection is underway in Zone B today with other zones to follow this week.

🍃 If you still have leaves afterward, no problem. You can bag them for free (bags must only contain leaves, no yard waste) in December. Set bags out with your garbage.
