Who’s behind the bouquet? That’s me!!👇🏻

My journey started around the time I was planning my wedding (circa 2017-19). I got engaged on my 21st birthday and was married by 23. My husband and I knew marriage was in our future, so we had been saving, but we had specific goals:

1. It was important to us that we paid for our own wedding.
2. We didn’t want to spend all of the money we had on our big day.

So - how does that saying go? “Necessity is the mother of invention”…

Because I wanted an elegant, garden-party style wedding, I knew the flowers were going to be important, but the cost to hire out was not going to deliver the results I dreamed up in my head. I was not going to settle on arrangements that didn’t make me happy so instead I learned all there is to know about making bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, centerpieces, garlands, and more. My first florist job was my own wedding. And - not to toot my own horn, but - I killed it.

During and after this time frame I became my family and friend’s personal party planner/decorator/florist. I planned one friend’s gender reveal and baby shower, a 60th birthday celebration for my mom. I got married in August 2019 and in February 2020 I launched Everly Floral Co. under the name Love Offering. We got asked to do a bridal shower, another gender reveal, another baby shower, a wedding, and then another wedding!! I kept practicing and made arrangements for birthdays…anything to keep crafting. I realized how much I specifically loved the art of floristry and every event got better and better.

Here I am in 2022 and I changed names to Everly because it’s about to be a new season for us. My husband came up with our name because he said we help launch the “happily Everly after.” All I know is that next year, I want a full book. I’m going all in. I want to sprinkle rose petals on all of your most beautiful memories. This is what I love!
