MORNING classes. Let me know what day/s you'd like to set up....

HAVEN OPEN MAT IN CUSE........On Saturday, September 14th at 9am we will all meet at our Gym in Geneva to caravan to Syracuse for the 1010am Open Mat. It is a no gi class, so come prepared. There is also a YOUNG kids class at 1115am AND and OLDER KIDS class at 1145 for any who would like to attend those too. Obviously, there will NOT be class in Geneva on that day. :)

NEXT TOURNEY FOR HAVEN will be the Grappling Industries event in Buffalo on November 9th. Make a note of it and try to see if you can make it. I'd like to bring a good size crew from Geneva. :)

Good morning everyone,

Apologies for this email getting to you on Monday instead of Sunday, but I was in the Adirondack wilderness all day and couldn't make it happen. LOL

First, HUGE congratulations to your classmates Sam and Brea Gutzmer on their promotion to Blue Belts on Saturday. It was a pretty special day, for them and for our gym. It meant a lot to me to have so many of you there to see it first hand and support them through a grueling test. Also, to have some of my friends and teammates come out to help and observe was the cherry on top. Congratulations to Sam and Brea!!!

Second, we will be having our normal class schedule this week.

Third, morning classes this week.....we still don't have any planned. Reach out to me if you'd like a particular day and we can try to build one around that.
