You are invited to participate in a joint press conference taking place simultaneously in Albany and Geneva Friday November 19th at 11:00 am. (arrive by 10:30am)

This marks the last day of the DEC written comment period to DEC on Greenidge for their Title V Air Permit Renewal.

Join regional winery owners, farmers, elected officials etc featuring a display of the FLX bounty (bring your wine, farm goods, chocolate, cheese, etc!) to echo the Albany groups’ concerns! A letter signed by the Finger Lakes Wine Business Coalition and the Seneca Lake Guardian Business Coalition will be rolled out, stressing how this single facility could damage tourism in the Finger Lakes.

In Albany, statewide organizations will be stressing the precedent setting nature of the Greenidge decision and its statewide impacts, with a delivery of of signatures to Governor Hochul urging denial of the DEC Title V Air Permit Renewal.
