Our Frito Boat is made with a layer of homemade Mac and Cheese and covered in crushed Fritos. We then add your choice of pulled pork or pulled chicken, smoked ofcourse, and top it with one of our fruit based BBQ sauces. For the cheese lovers out there an extra layer of cheese sauce can also be added.

Everything starts next Friday 6/7 at 5pm! Come down for food, beverages, craft vendors, turtle pond slide, obstacle course, and t-shirt painting, all on the north side of the canal and amusement rides and midway on the south side. And fireworks on Saturday at 10PM!

Again I can’t complain about our finish, our entry numbers were 554,555,556 we finished with one in the top 50 and the other two in the top 60! Our Apple Maple came in at a respectable 49 for two old farts making bbq sauce. I’m extremely happy, next year we make the top 20🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
