Pan fried in lard using black iron skillets just like Granny used to make. Gravy is made the old-fashioned way using pan drippings and is very rich served over mashed potatoes. Includes coleslaw and butter bread. Served Saturdays. 11.95 Call 717 334 3698 to reserve.
Our Jumbo wings are offered daily at our price of .80 cents each. We only buy fresh Grade A wings and prepare them ourselves. We have many sauces available, or you can give us the recipe for your own personal sauce. Bleu cheese and celery are extra.

Authentic Cuban sandwich. Recipe was obtained from chef at the Hotel Nacional de Cuba, Havana. Hotel was designed by and built by Americans. Opened December 1930. Very luxurious.

All of our food is cooked from scratch. Generous portions at reasonable prices. We buy fresh local produce and prime meats. The culinary team is state certified.
