This is the sweet season where we pause to reflect on our lessons learned through the heat of Summer while being welcomed by the occasional brisk day that speaks of blessings that are on the way

So THIS is why I always feel Life will be just fine

This little one was NOT planted anywhere around where it currently is thriving

In fact, I planted portulaca LAST YEAR up on the balcony - but not this year.

I give this seed a mighty “you go seed” because it fell from the balcony - found the crack to settle into - survived snow, salt, freezing temperatures and most recently dry, hot days.

Yet - there it BE.

Love when The Universe sends affirming messages of “you got this no matter what!”

For the first time in my Life, THIS happened right over my home. Felt so blessed. Still do. I don’t live where the Lights show up.

Just KNOW it was a sign -not once, but twice - that everything is unfolding exactly as it should.

For over 33 years, I have passionately owned and operated medica…the healing arts, LLC. My journey in the healing arts began with a deep-rooted desire to help others find balance and wellness in their lives. Starting as a Massage Therapist, I dedicated myself to mastering the craft and soon realized that true healing often requires a holistic approach. Hello. We at medica would like to help a fellow medica client. This family has been displaced from their house since early April due to a methane well. The well was over 100 years old and started leaking from the ground into their home making living there unsafe. They have truly exhausted all resources and avenues to financially rectify the situation, but with no record stretching back that far and no insurance that would ever cover this, the cost of being displaced is falling on their shoulders. We are asking if anyone is able to help assist this family, share this post and/or donate if able.

Years and years ago it was my distinct pleasure to spend a day with Dame Anita Roddick, the founder of The Body Shop.

During the day she casually asked each of us to pause for moment, look around, and take in who was present at the time.

What followed were words I have held dear in my Heart.

She said, “This is your Tribe. You are the dreamers, the doers, the ones that run with scissors and don’t necessarily play well with others. You are unstoppable when it comes to creating and reaching for the stars. Never change for anyone or anything.”

So true! I do run with scissors and don’t play well with others. I was THAT daughter that was in the principal’s office K-12th grade.

Yet I AM an unstoppable force of energy that has made my dreams come true, loved deeply, been amazed by the innocent, and gazed out from a volcano, high above the clouds and saw Vensus rising.

Creative people, it seems, are either loved forever or scorned each day.

Yet the Beauty involving Creative people is ….

It is the creative Spirit that unveils The Universe's raw Beauty, shaping worlds with imagination's limitless hues.

They are the architects of dreams, breathing Life into the silent canvas of existence. They are the ones echoing the symphony of Creation with each masterpiece born from the depths of their Be-ing.
