Are you the parent of a teen who is experiencing anxiety or depression? We invite you to join for our Parent Workshop! Register today.

Your teen is invited to join us for our Teen Skills Weekend Workshop held Saturdays:
July 15 and July 22 from 10:30am - 1:00pm!
This group is for all teenagers 13-17.
For two Saturdays in July, the group will meet to learn and practice important skills needed to navigate friendships, family, school, and beyond. The group will focus on strengthening communication, learning to manage distress, and creating a vision board! Led by therapist - Casey McClellan, LAMFT - who aims to help your teen develop skills which will prepare them for Back to School!
