I can’t believe that this single release turned 10 years old today! Inspired by a partnership with World Vision, this song was the catalyst for many child sponsorships through World Vision, and later a partnership with Food for the Hungry. On January 1, 2013, I announced that I was going to put out a new EP. Multiple people reached out to me, including radio stations and five record labels. When it was all said and done, I decided to crowdfund what the labels were offering me. It was risky, but we went above and beyond the goal. Over 75 people who believed in the EP funded the production (produced by an amazing team) and radio distribution of this project.
