This client is a Nurse and busy mom that has a job where she travels a lot & a home life that can be hectic

The traveling and kids at home made it extremely difficult for her to eat the correct foods for her body and goals

On top of the things mentioned above, she felt burnt out, exhausted, and overall unhealthy🤢

She knew she needed to make a change if she wanted to live a better life with her family.

Since joining Pursuit she also put her foot down at work and set some boundaries!!😤

They were overworking her to the point where she had zero time for herself🥲

She cleaned up her food choices, followed her custom nutrition program, and started exercising again (in the gym and at her home)☺️

Kyle is one of the most dedicated, consistent, and humble content in Pursuit!

He has been extremely consistent with his nutrition and training the last few months and has dropped about 5% body fat and has a solid six pack for the first time in years. He almost never misses his check-ins, asks questions to help him navigate through any confusion and make sure that he has a clear game plan for him to crush his goals.

As a coach I’m so proud to have Kyle as one of my clients and he is an exemplary example of pure dedication! Kyle also suffered a severe injury to his knee playing basketball mid-program, yet he Worked with me on moving things around and customizing his program so he could rehab his knee and still train the rest of his body. Months later, his knee is good as new and he’s in the best shape of his life! I’m looking forward Kyle continuing his cut and then doing a slow bulk after the summer is over!

Eliezer is one of the most dedicated and hungry clients I have ever seen. He doesn’t complain, doesn’t think of all the reasons he can’t do something, he just executes!

On top of that, he’s shredded and jacked💪🏻🤣 but very humble about it! I’ve seen this guy go through a huge transformation over the last year and it’s awesome to see his physique change but even more rewarding to see the mindset transformation he’s had. He looks forward to his workouts and found the joy in exercise! That’s not easy to do but I guarantee you it has a lot to do with his success 🙌🏻

Client Transformation

Wanted to give my man Tom a huge shoutout! Woke up to a text saying that he finally made it to the magical 185lbs (20lbs down)! We set that goal a couple months ago, and there was no doubt that we were going to hit it!

Let’s freaking go!

If you think patience is solely waiting around then think again

Patience is a mix of knowing you can’t control time, but you can 100% do things to compress it and manipulate it. Concentrating on any situation good or bad gives it power, and I think you know that

So why wouldn’t we put all our concentration towards what we want to achieve? Putting our concentration towards what we want to achieve is a great place to start, but it’s not just thinking about what we want to achieve. It’s doing WHATEVER we can to speed up the process and manipulate time if at all possible.

Just waiting around hoping that it will one day happen is the last thing you want to do. That isn’t being patient, that’s putting in less effort than your capable of

I don’t know about you but instant gratification feels good!!
From a chemical level we all want that little dopamine release, but if we’re always chasing the now it will be hard to get a bigger dopamine release later. The funny thing is, we all know that? We all know that delayed gratification yields a larger reward, yeah we always give into temptation.

Why?

Because temptation really is the enemy of self control. How do you cultivate more self-control? Only by “doing”
You can read all the books you want, listen to all the podcasts, go to all the seminars, but if you aren't actually in the trenches making actionable steps you will never truly master self-control. I personally don’t think it gets easier, you just get better at saying no and remembering all the reasons saying no now is going to benefit you in the future

It blows my mind how often I even catch myself doing this. Even as a coach I fall into temptation with alcohol, eating too much junk food, etc. when I know what will happen the next day. That’s me not utilizing my self-control and making a deal with myself that it’s worth it NOW

We all get caught up in telling ourselves these little lies and feeling comfortable with our decisions. The ONLY Way I have ever been able to truly come back to this is by just having self control over, and over, and over, and over again. It doesn’t mean to restrict yourself and live a miserable life and eat chicken and broccoli all day long, but it all takes some form of self-control….not motivation

I have a passion for training Veterans and First Responders that want to look better, move better, and feel better!

After finishing 5 years in the United States Air Force as a Crew Chief and Physical Training Leader, I felt beat up from years of sports when I was younger, lifting constantly in the gym, the military, and life in general.

All I knew how to do was train hard. I Iacked the knowledge on how to train hard and smart at the same time

After my enlistment ended in 2015 I've dedicated my entire life to figuring out the formula to create an AMAZING physique, while also moving and feeling like an athlete
