Hello! My name is Justin, and I am the Service/Install Manager here at Hicken! I am responsible for all of the Service and Install technicians that you see out in the field. I have been with Hicken Air for almost 2 years now. I was a Service technician for many years before going into commercial HVAC for 3 years. I came back to the residential side of the industry because I missed the human connection that lacks in commercial HVAC.

When I’m not holding training meetings with my technicians or doing ride alongs with installers, you can find me being a very active father to 3 handsome sons. Alongside my beautiful bride, Rose, we are always traveling and making memories that our boys will have for a lifetime.
