Neuro Wellness Gilbert is a “Safe Haven” of friendship, exercise, art, education and support for the movement disorder community.
The wellness center, open since January 2012, was made possible by the philanthropy of Gilbert residents Alan Fitzgerald and his wife, Sheila, who attends as part of her management program for her Parkinson's.
