Not birth related but, I had to share my experience. We have been on this journey for over a 1.5 years and I’m already so pleased with the results. This is truly so important and very vital to our kiddos health. And almost all kids could benefit from this treatment!

I’m talking about palate expansion, nasal breathing and so much more!

When babies and kids are little so much jaw development is happening and they need room for those big teeth to come in, to create room for healthy nasal passages and truly overall health.

Our oldest used to suck her thumb plus we did or normal cleanings/check ups so we visited Wyomyo and Pronghorn Family Dentistry 🙌
There we were introduced to ToothPillow, and so thankful we were!

You can start young with babies such as baby led weaning, having them drink out of an open cup, myo functional therapy etc. ToothPillow can start at 3 years old.

Below are pictures of our two girls and I’ve noticed a great deal of more space between their teeth and a flatter palate.

In our modern society we tend to sit a lot and also sit without good posture. This can create body imbalances and baby has less space to rotate during childbirth… making things harder on you and baby.

BUT… the good news is there are exercises and techniques you can do DAILY OR WEEKLY after 20 weeks to optimize babies position 🙌
