Customer needed the bar counter top and cabinet removed. So, the plumber could fix the plumbing below the concrete. Then reinstall the cabinet and counter top. Another happy customer.

Mounting a new TV.

Pretty big project removed dividing wall and bathroom to double the business clients square footage. Then painted walls, had new vct flooring put in the entrance way, installed new mats for Taekwondo area, and had to tie two drop ceilings together.

Customer started replacing the trim in the house several years ago and never finished. Over the last few weekends got the trim installed and a couple doors. Customer is happy to have the trim and doors finished.

Customer wanted some light fixtures changed out and then asked if I could put a chair together while I was there. Glad to help. Going back to install new ceiling light when they get it and put a bookshelf together.

Knocked out a small little project today. Customer wanted some additional shelves in an unused closet, missing receptacle cover, and wanted to remove the carpet in the closet. Will be removing the rest of the carpet after some organization at a later date. Loyd's Handyman Services

Kitchen drain repipe. Old copper lines had failed in the wall. Customer didn't find out until after home remodeling was done and water turned back on.

Another happy customer. Customer is waiting for color matching remodel plate for shower.

Oven stopped working. Quick testing seemed to indicate PC board was bad. Ran to store and picked up new oven and installed. While there replaced kitchen light bulbs that burnt-out and the microwave light that had broken off in housing. One happy customer.

New water heater installed today.

Customer needed some privacy on a budget. Worked with them to come up with a cost-effective solution. Customer was extremely happy with the end project. And can now enjoy their backyard in privacy.
