Today, I explored homes in Gladstone/Parkville area, ideal for a buyer! Among 3 under $320k, all had small rooms. One needed TLC, wrong location. Second had large cut down trees, possible plumbing, old roof. Lastly, found charming home east of I29, issues: cracked driveway, problematic deck, laminate flooring. Despite challenges, search continues in great weather for selling houses!
