Consistency is the most important aspect of any workout program. None of them work without consistency.
At One Life, we check in with our new clients at 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and have a sit down goal review at 6 weeks and 12 weeks.
All of our clients are able to sit down with a coach every quarter to review their workouts and progress.
