Caron Street Cards

If you know me very well, you know that I am my own worst critic. I love the creative process, but it sometimes takes me a while to "perfect" it.
What you might not know about me is that I have Macular Degeneration (MD) AND cataracts. MD blocks out your central vision, and cataracts makes everything blurry.
On my last eye exam, my doctor confirmed what I already knew - I am legally blind in my right eye. Think...blind in one eye, and can hardly see out of the other.
This condition makes crafting pretty amusing at times. I've been known to stamp a sentiment upside down, crooked or a combination of both. I have no depth perception and frequently run into door frames, I think I am reaching for something only to come away empty-handed.
All this to say, I still love the creative process and I enjoy making cards for other people. Will I ever get rich selling my cards? Probably not. But until I'm blind in both eyes, I'm still going to try.

Is it too early to be thinking about Christmas? Heck no! After all, it is only about 4 months away.

Just a quick question -
When you are looking for the perfect card to send to someone, what do you look for first?
1 -The picture on the front?
2 -The sentiment on the front?
3 -The sentiment on the inside of the card?
4 -All of the above?

I guess maybe summer in Arizona is kinda like childbirth...you forgot how painful they are between them.

Another birthday card. Also known as a SIP, card...stamps, ink, paper. No frills, but still conveys the message. These would be perfect to send/give a male of female coworker, neighbor or bestie!

I made this card for a very special grandkid who became a teenager today.

I don't want to cause a panic, but do you realize that Christmas is exactly 6 months from today? 😵‍💫

Slowly building up my inventory (stash) of products (cards, gift bags, etc) and preparing for the busy (hopefully) holiday season.

Aren't these the cutest little feet!

As hot as it has been in Glendale, I would love to be on a boat, enjoying a nice sea breeze.
But, I guess I'll just stamp some and dream.

I made some note cards.

More 3X3 gift enclosure cards.

I thought I would try making some gift enclosure cards. These are so cute, and the perfect size. Only 3X3 and they come with envelopes!

I'm embarrassed to admit...
- First card created in about a year.
- First time inking this, now retired, stamp.
- First time (ever) using the Stampin Blend's.
I'ma need some more practice to get my creative mojo going, but I'm retired... I got nuttin' but time. ☺️
