🦋 Meet the Team Monday 🦋
🦋 Lara Dilanian’s journey in education and behavior analysis showcases her dedication and passion. She started at Kumon Learning Center, tutoring math and reading for 3 years. With a B.A. in Psychology from UC Irvine (2019) and an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Pepperdine University (2022), Lara became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in February 2023.
🦋 Her career began as an RBT from 2018 to 2021, then she quickly rose to assistant supervisor and BCBA. Driven by a passion for continuous improvement and a holistic approach to health, Lara is now pursuing additional certifications to become a personal trainer. She aims to integrate her knowledge of health and fitness into her ABA practice, enhancing the overall well-being of her clients. Additionally, she is learning Spanish to better communicate and serve a broader range of clients.
🦋 In her free time, she enjoys strength training, relaxing by the pool, and spending time with family and friends. Her qualities—attention to detail, patience, leadership, flexibility, and creativity—define her professionally and personally.

🦋 Meet the Team Monday 🦋
🦋 Yeprem has dedicated over five years to his role as a clinical supervisor at ERA, demonstrating a profound commitment to the field. At the young age of 23, he achieved the significant milestone of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Currently, he has been serving in his supervisory position for about ten months, bringing both enthusiasm and expertise to the ERA team.
🦋 His academic journey began at Glendale Community College (GCC), where he balanced his studies with work at ERA starting in 2018. In 2020, he transferred to UCLA and later graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Eager to deepen his knowledge, Yeprem continued his education at Pepperdine University, earning a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2023 and promptly passing his board exam.
🦋 Throughout his educational career, Yeprem also dedicated time to learning Spanish. This skill has proven invaluable in his professional life, allowing him to effectively communicate with English, Armenian, and Spanish-speaking families, thereby broadening his reach and impact.
🦋 Outside of his professional life, Yeprem enjoys a variety of hobbies. He finds joy in hiking, playing soccer and tennis, and spending quality time with friends. Dancing is another passion of his, adding a dynamic and joyful aspect to his life.

🦋 Meet the Team Monday 🦋
🦋 Raffi Sarafian serves as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, overseeing clients and supporting therapists and assistant clinical supervisors. As a BCBA, he conducts Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), provides supervision and assessments, writes program goals and progress reports, and ensures therapists perform their duties effectively. He offers guidance and feedback, oversees and supports assistant clinical supervisors, and provides them with the necessary supervision hours for certification. Additionally, as the Operations Coordinator, Raffi ensures ERA’s accreditation with the BHCOE, implements essential policies and documents, and oversees all non-clinical training for staff.
🦋 Raffi earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from CSUN and began working as a behavior therapist in the field of ABA in 2011. He received his M.A. in Experimental Psychology from CSUN in 2015 while teaching PSY 150, an Introductory Psychology course, for a year. Although he initially planned to pursue a PhD in Research, he decided to return to ABA. In 2015, Raffi became a case manager at another ABA agency and enrolled in a program to earn his Master’s level certificate in ABA while accruing supervision hours. He received his BCBA certification in 2017 and joined ERA in January 2020.
🦋 Raffi is passionate about bicycling and competes in long-distance biking races and marathons. He is also a certified mixologist and is currently working on becoming a certified personal trainer. In his free time, he enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

🦋 Tabitha Dunlap is a BCBA with 6 years’ experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She studied Psychology and Music History at Syracuse University, and earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling and ABA at California State University Los Angeles (CSULA). As a BCBA, Tabitha uses her expertise in behavior science and counseling to train staff and parents to support her clients. Tabitha is driven by the daily opportunities to problem-solve and celebrate successes with her families and teams. She is committed to providing effective, evidence-based treatments to her clients, and fostering a positive learning environment for everyone she encounters.
🦋 Before pursuing a career in ABA, Tabitha was a mentor for college students in New York with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She found fulfillment learning about and supporting individuals’ needs, especially in the classroom. Tabitha uses these experiences to advocate for her clients and gain knowledge about accessible education.
🦋 In her spare time, Tabitha enjoys reading, cooking, hosting dinner parties, and spending time with her husband and family. She often bakes sweets for friends and neighbors, looking for the next tasty recipe to share.
