Councilmember Paula Devine has always been one of the most generous supporters of GYA! Throughout the years she has continuously donated to our programs and helped us reshape the future workforce in our community. She always had a kind remark and a word of wisdom for GYA youth and staff. That’s why we didn’t think twice when nominating Paula Devine for GYA Legacy Award in 2023! From the entire GYA team we wish her a happy retirement and an exciting journey in this new chapter! City of Glendale, CA
