Fine Art and Giclee Prints
With the combination of archival ink and a variety of stock options (including vellum finish stocks), we can reproduce the full range of fine art prints. We offer the flexibility to “print on demand”. No need to produce overstock of your artwork. We have scanning up to 600dpi available to capture the image for reproduction.

Business Cards
While business cards are considered a “basic business need”, there are many varieties and options that can help you stand out and make your first communication the most effective it can be.

Flyers
Flyers are available in any size you require, in quantities from a few to thousands. Rush/same day service is available for many of the options. If you need design and layout support, we offer that as well.

Newsletters
To help you get your message across with your newsletter, we have a variety of printing options and design/layout support available. Some clients prefer a single sheet and some go with a multi-page layout that is folded and stitched on the fold.

Postcards
Whether for mailing, point of sale promotion, as an alternative to flyers, or any other number of uses, our clients call on us to produce postcards all the time. We can produce postcards on a rush/same day basis when needed, or of course print larger runs of any length in a few days. A full range of stock options are available, ranging from high quality uncoated stocks to super high gloss coating.

Catalogues
Whether you need just a few or a large run of catalogs, we can fulfill your need. Options include full color coverage multi page catalogs with a variety of stock options as well as more basic black and white catalogs. Bindery & Finishing

The binding of printed materials has been part of cultures pretty much ever since people began recording information on paper or a related medium.  How you choose to bind a document depends very much on the presentation or use you have in mind. For binding solutions, Copy Central has a number of techniques from which our clients choose. Here is a rundown on those various techniques and the common uses for them.

📚 Coil Binding

Coil binding involves hole punching the sheets to be bound, and then inserting a spring- like plastic coil through the holes. Many coil sizes are available to accommodate the number of pages in the volume. Coil strips can be custom ordered in many colors, if you are trying to produce books with a branded look to have the color match a logo or other images. A key advantage of coil binding is that the document will open and lay flat. This is very useful for a workbook or other study guide, where you don’t want to “hold the book open”.

📚 Booklet/Saddle Stitch Binding

This method involves printing the materials and then folding them in half and stapling on the fold. It produces a finished booklet. Many sizes can be produced, from a very small “pocket sized” booklet up to a full 8.5 x 11 (where the paper is twice that size and folded to make an 8.5 x 11).  The booklet style of bind is often used for newsletters, event programs, catalogs, magazines, comic books and many other purposes. In large quantities, it is the most economical bind.

Banners & Signage 🪧

Banners of just about any size are available. Options include traditional vinyl banners with grommet holes, as well as retractable banner stands. Banners are printed using fade proof inks for long life. We can customize your banner depending on your needs, including providing wind slits and in-hem horizontal supports to make the banner hang more evenly. As with all products and services, design and layout support is available if you need it.

Digital Services 👨‍💻

The right images and layout can make a huge difference in how well your printed communications are received and read. The challenge of having your marketing and promotional materials stand out is a very real issue. You want your recipients to duplicate your message and take some action. Our graphic designers can assist you with developing the right look to accomplish optimal receipt of your message. This can entail some consultation to understand the drivers of your business.   With that as a background, as a starting point, we can suggest some layout and design options, including sharing with you samples of other themes. With your feedback, the right direction and goals can be carved out.

From there, some preliminary designs can be created and the process can be moved to the final design for print production. While we can help you create your theme and layouts, many of our clients already have design expertise and provide files that are generally print ready.  We continuously update our software so that we always have the most current versions of the Adobe suite and are thus able to work with your files most optimally. With your provided files, we always check and “pre flight” files when we receive them, to see if any corrections are needed. This is an important step to take as early on in the print production cycle, as it allows for time that may be needed to get corrections made. We can also edit your files as needed (in consultation with you) when there are corrections and adjustments needed. Lean on our graphic design expertise to help develop your ideas from concept to a professionally designed layout that is ready to print, plus insure that what you have created gets printed correctly and efficiently.

Litigation Support

Our staff are trained to tend to the meticulous detail often needed to insure accuracy and legibility in legal copying. We serve many legal clients who use our service regularly because they know we will get it done right. We consult with you to determine your specific requirements in handling and assembling your documents, and then of course follow those guidelines in completing your project. We are accustomed to working within your time requirements. From same-day copying of Appellate Briefs and X-rays to assembling Trial Binders and Exhibit Boards, we offer support in meeting your case’s critical deadlines. We also always work evening and weekend hours when needed to insure that your materials are ready on time.

Scanning and Indexing of Documents

We take great care in being accurate in scanning, including quality control and review of what was scanned to insure no images were missed and everything is readable. We can create Word Searchable, as well as Indexed PDFs organized and named to your specifications. We also offer OCR scanning of documents in multiple languages that can be saved as digital files that you can edit.

Trial Preparation

We are often called upon to help prepare courtroom materials, including printing and assembly of trial binders with features such as custom Tabs and Bate Stamping – whatever it takes to enable our legal clients to easily access their materials in court. We can customize this preparation in accord with whatever best supports your case.

Exhibit Boards

Printing and mounting of full color exhibit posters is available to support your courtroom presentations. We also offer enhancements like custom labeling and overlays.

Scanning Services

We offer a wide range of scanning services. From simple scan and email requests to large archiving projects requiring word searchable functionality and custom file organization, we can help with your document digitizing needs. We can handle photographs and delicate documents as well as large format originals, such as architectural drawings and construction plans.

He contributed to films such as “The Secret of NIMH”, “The Chipmunk Adventure” & “Who Framed Roger Rabbit”. As a gift of appreciation, he gave us this signed and framed print of his work on Pinocchio. Ron passed away back in 2013 after a very long and successful career.
