Teeth 9-14 bridge,
reinforcement needed (need a post and a core). If tooth had root canal treatment, RCT tooth tends to be brittle in time or crown will fracture. A post and core was done and a new bridge was refabricated.
Good prep teeth, proper clearance, shade match, and impression are the key to a harmonious blending or matching of other old restorations.

Patient had an old upper front crowns. Patient smile has little show of upper teeth.

Goal: To give patient more teeth showing, a full smile as possible
BEFORE (top most photo)

and bottom photo...delivery)

Upper midline normally shows 2 central incisors. But the picture on top shows lateral and central in the midline instead. Patient's 2 central incisors are off midline and more to the left of the patient.

Patient does not like braces to correct his midline. Patient asked Dr Ligaya to correct his midline with 2 central Incisors close to the midline as much as possible without braces.

Get an office bleaching, fast, safe, and immediate result. Then get an extra take home bleaching. Night time or day time tray bleaching can also be done at home for enhancement.

Oral prophylaxis should be done first. Check and fill all caries /cavities and finally we do BLEACHING of the teeth.
