Gloss Lab Beauty is an official location for the annual PFFC Annual Holiday Toy Drive, collecting new, unwrapped toys for children of Peoria!

As an extra incentive to donate this holiday season (besides the warm and fuzzies knowing you’re directly impacting the future generations of Peoria and their holiday season) I am making an amazing raffle basket! For every toy donation you make, you’ll be entered into a raffle that includes 3 full size skincare products that I’m OBSESSED with (I’m sure you will be too!) a stunnnnnning Stanley tumbler, and a $50 Gloss Lab Beauty gift card, plus some fun extras!

You guys already know I’m a huge fan of 90s and 2000s pop music + The Office is my safety show so clearly I have to listen to podcasts about them. Timesuck is absolutely, when we lived in Northern California I had a 45 minute commute to my job so these shows were a daily life saver in that drive. BONUS ⭐️ I added in one for Sister Wives! Do I watch the show? No, but the hosts are amazing. I’m a sucker for judgey comments + witty banter. Also, why is there no polygamy emoji? Clearly a missed opportunity.

Here’s the scoop

I’m closing my doors at Riverwalk Salon Suites and MOVING to a wonderful storefront. I will be sharing a space with some of the most talented nail technicians and beauty injectors; I’m so happy to join the team at Gloss Lab Beauty (formerly Polished by Mai)

I’ll have a beautiful room at their Arrowhead location (approximately 3 miles from my current location- off 75th Ave before Bell Road) close to great restaurants, shopping and easy access off the 101.

I am tentatively planning on working from there by the end of September/beginning of October. You all know I will overcommuinate this transition, it’s the former teacher in me 😂

There will be childcare options for those receiving beauty services, receptionist to help with check in or answer questions, a hospitality corner stocked with snacks and beverages, plus plenty of parking!

With any change, I understand if my location might not be ideal for you. I’m happy to provide specific recommendations for skin and waxing services should you need them.

I am so excited for a new space with some of my business besties! Stay tuned for grand opening details, you’re all invited!
