A colleague and mentor, Bruce Schmidt, once said that your brand is the combination of two things: *your image*—what people see—and *the experience*—how you make people feel.

Your image isn’t just about your physical appearance. It’s what you wear, what people see online, your website, your social media presence, and even your office space. What do these elements say about your brand? Are they reflecting the message you want to convey?

The experience you offer is equally crucial. It’s about your customer service, the value you add, your approach, response time, and how you make people feel. Do people trust you? Do you follow through on your promises? Remember, people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.

I’m constantly evolving, learning new ways to be more efficient, and enhancing the client experience. While we can’t control what people say about us when we’re not around—our brand—we can control what they see and the experience they receive.
