We took a ferry back to the mainland and into the magic of the Mekong Delta! 🌾 🛶 From vibrant floating markets in Can Tho to the serene beauty of An Binh Island and the hidden gems of Ben Tre – each stop unveiled a unique facet of this enchanting region. We explored local life, indulged in delicious seafood and exotic fruit, and cruised along the delta’s intricate waterways… An unforgettable adventure! 🌏🌴

Our escape to the island of Phu Quoc had some highs and lows! 🏝️ Checked into a dreamy 5-star resort with a private beach – absolute paradise! 🌅 Yet, a bout of food poisoning there threw us a curveball. 🤢 Despite the setback, we did manage to enjoy what downtime we did have and, of course, some much-needed beach therapy. 🌊🏖️😎

Took a plane to visit the town of Dalat, where our mom is originally from! 🌺🪷🌸 Known for its cool climate and stunning valleys, Dalat also had some iconic street food staples like “bánh tráng nướng” (Vietnamese pizza) 🍕 and “bánh căn” (can pancakes) 🥞 that we were happy to try! 😋

Made it to Central Vietnam with our first stop being the vibrant city of Hue! 🏯🪷 From imperial pagodas to royal tombs, our journey was a feast of colors and flavors! 🤩

We had the best time (and best iced coffee!) in Phong Nha — considered to be the adventure capital of Vietnam! 🎒😎

Not only did we thoroughly enjoy exploring their deep caves, meandering rivers, and country roads, we also had some delicious local food including “phở ga” and “chả cá” — both available at Little Saigon btw! 😉
