Tip on a Tuesday….

Avocado w/a drizzle of olive oil & a splash of lavender hair mask DIY

You will need:

• 1 avocado mashed (conditioner like consistency)
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon of lavender/lemon essential oil

Mix all ingredients together well then apply to hair. Place a cap or bag (plastic) over hair for 20 minutes then rinse. Wash hair using shampoo & follow your normal routine.

I recommend this treatment 1 time a month. Avocados contain 4 grams of protein which is an overload if performed more than 1 time,
