Paris Banh Mi Cafe Bakery founded by Hien Tran and Doan Nguyen in April 2019 at the first location on 1021 E. Colonial, Orlando, FL. Hien Tran lived in France 30 years had over 10 years of experience working in restaurant and Bakery in Paris, France. He learned about baking bread, pastry & Cake and earned the National Bakery Diplomat in Paris. Doan Nguyen owned 3bakery stores in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. She had over 20 years of experience in traditional Vietnamese Baguette called Banh Mi. Hien’s dream was to show and share the world what is called French Bakery and wanted to open the French pastry shop in USA. Together, they met in USA and using what he learned from French Bakery for the bread and combined with her special filling ingredients of the Vietnam Sandwiches to create a new French baguette called “Paris Banh Mi”. Paris Banh Mi was voted one of the best 25 restaurants in Orlando in 2019
