Our hours for week of 09/12/22 ONLY:
Wed 1:00 - 5:00, Thur 2:00 - 4:00, Fri and Sat 8:00 -12:00

Our FALL HOURS starting 9/19/22 will be as follows:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 am till 6:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am till 12:00 noon

We will be closed 12:00 till 2:00 for lunch Mon, Wed, and Fri, but if you need to be seen during this time, just call!

We will be changing up the office hours for Summer. Here are the hours for the month of June:

Saturday, June 11: 8-12
Monday, June 13: 9-6
Tuesday, CLOSED
Wednesday, June 15: 9-6
Thursday, CLOSED
Friday, June 17: 8-2
Saturday, June 18: 8-12

UPDATED and CONTINUED COVID-19 PRECAUTIONARY PROCEDURES:

As always, your safety is our highest priority so please address any concerns you may have either prior to or after your visit by calling 602-789-8600, or during your appointment by speaking with Kristin or Dr. Smith.

We continue to constantly and meticulously disinfect the office which includes (but not limited to) the waiting area, reception desk, and all treatment areas. Each treatment area is thoroughly cleaned between each patient visit.

Patients are welcome to wear masks in the office, however it is not mandatory for patients or staff to wear masks. We do ask that if you are experiencing cough, shortness of breath, or fever, that you reschedule your appointment.

Patients are welcome to come into the office upon arrival, however a patient may still call 602-789-8600 upon arrival to verify if a room is available to be immediately placed in to avoid the waiting area. We do continue to ask that patients are accompanied in the office by only those necessary to avoid overcrowding of the waiting area.

Our continued goal is to get you in and out of the office as quickly as possible while still providing you our full attention and service that is needed. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

Dr. Smith returns today! Remember, office hours for this week are still as follows: Mon 9-6, Thur Closed, Fri 9-6, Sat 8-12. Normal office hours return starting on Saturday. Welcome Back Dr. Smith!

NOTE OUR TEMPORARY JUNE HOURS! June 7th thru June 23rd: ONLY OPEN Mon's, Wed's, and Fri's 9 - 6! Dr. Smith will be away during this time and Dr. Ronnie will be seeing patients as our Guest Chiropractor! Dr. Smith returns on the 23rd and normal hours resume Sat 6/25. Thank You!
