We are 11 weeks out from Memorial Day Murph. The workout Murph is hard. It’s grueling. And it takes mental strength to finish. From today, we will focus one day a week on improving Push Ups, Air Squats, Pull ups, and/or Running. Sure, our normal CrossFit program will generally prepare you for the workout, but focusing on the specific movement patterns for this workout will help! Get in the gym. Get your reps in.
