We'll bee aging 15 gallons of Arizona Mesquite Honey inside this Beeutifully Chared Whiskey barrel. Which was drained of its lovely contents and delivered to on Saturday. 90 days from now we will drain the honey from the barrel. Returning it back to for them to refill with whiskey again!

Fresh, delicious flour tortillas from Benny Blanco Tortillas will soon be delivered fresh to your doorstep, alongside fresh local veggies, and other local goodies like and and honey!

This week, a few lucky current subscribers will be getting a sample pack of The Juan, so they can get a taste of the magic that will be available. Regular delivery including tortillas should start next week, January 9th, if all goes according to plan.

We're going to start with one recipe, The Juan Tortilla to Rule Them All, made with extra virgin olive oil from and flour from , including locally grown, stone milled heritage grain White Sonora Wheat flour. Beyond grateful today that Killian walked away from this accident today.

On his way to the honey shop from school. The white car tried to make left from the fry's. He never even had a chance to hit the breaks from what the witnesses on the scene said. Thankful to everyone on scene that stopped to help. We have the Boy home now trying to take things easy.

With that beeing said the store is going to bee appointment only as we'll bee closed over the next couple days as he heals up.
