Hello! My name is Narlet and I’m the face behind Bright Eyes Studio. I’m a licensed esthetician and permanent makeup artist. I have three beautiful children, an amazing husband, and a wild and crazy 4-month old puppy. I am Filipino but was raised in The Hague, The Netherlands. I speak Tagalog, English and Dutch fluently. And I’m learning Spanish.

I created a friendly, judgement-free environment and a safe space for all of my clients. Whether you’re coming in for your eyebrows, or to get a skin treatment, I ensure it’s a positive experience for anyone who walks through my door.

I’ve recently invested in a new business venture that will also be at the studio but is a little different from what you’ll see on this page. Don’t worry, I am still going to be offering ombré brows and facials. It’s a nice little add-on! Thank you for being here and for supporting my small business.

It’s so important to follow precare as well as aftercare instructions for the best results. You invested in your eyebrows so please take good care of them by following directions properly. If you don’t, it could affect your retention.

Don’t be a grinch and make sure to stay consistent with your skincare routine.

It’s busy season and we can easily get too tired and forget all about taking care of our skin. Makeup wipes are frowned upon but I’d rather you wipe off the makeup than sleep with it on.

With cooler weather, heaters turn on, and our skin becomes more and more dry. It’s also flu season, so make sure to keep your skin hydrated and moisturized.

Sunscreen is a must! SPF 30 or higher is your best bet to help prevent premature aging and also helps protect against skin cancer.

With our skin feeling more dry, it’s tempting not to exfoliate but this actually will help with cell turnover and will allow your finishing products like your serums and moisturizers to pe*****te deeper into the skin.

Ombré brows last anywhere from 1-3 years.

Holiday season is upon us! Get your skin and eyebrows ready for all the parties.

The importance of double cleansing! I LOVE cleansing with an oil based cleansing first. I see it as allowing the makeup, sunscreen, debris and pollution to melt into the oil with my fingertips. I use Pre cleanse by Dermalogica and it helps to emulsify the oil by adding some water. I rinse it my oil cleanser and proceed with my gel cleanser making sure I massage it into my skin for at least 60 seconds and focus on areas where I’m experiencing congestion. Pat my skin dry gently and proceed with my toner, serum, moisturizer and eye cream.

Do you double cleanse?

Keeping your skincare routine simple is the best way for you to stay consistent. Too many steps may cause you to forget or be lazy to do your routine. Your basic steps would include cleansing, toning, moisturizing and most importantly protection from the sun!
