BUT also, the unfortunate reality of opening a restaurant these days is full of endless uncontrollable delays from permitting backlogs, to licensing delays, staffing issues, supply shortages, and beyond. Chuck is a man of many titles...one of them not being a liar. SO, once we have a for-sure date, we'll be blasting it everywhere, promise!! 😘
