How often should I meditate?
We encourage everyone to meditate as much as possible to see results quickly and reach completion. On average, if you meditate about 4 times a week, you can definitely see changes after a month. Our main goal however is for you to become truly happy therefore you can decide the frequency and speed that brings balance and joy to your daily life.
May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
