How many times have you tried a new workout program and “failed” to reach your goal? How many times have you tried a new diet and after loosing a few pounds you gained it right back after you finished it? It’s frustrating right? Sometimes you feel like there’s no way you can do it because you are just not capable off.
Let me explain. If you wanting to change your life and become best you can be, have that dream body and never have to come back to your old self it simply means you want freedom. And freedom can not be gained by control. Because control is tied to our fears. Control gives us certainty. So you know that if you are going to be on that diet and do this type of training for this amount of time you are going to get some results. And you keep doing it yet knowing the moment you stop you are going to gain those pounds right back on leaving you with frustration and disappointment . Yet still you are doing it because it gives you certainty and control over outcome. And afraid to try something new because you don’t know if it’s going to work.
The truth is that we don’t have control over the outcome. Well maybe some but it depends on too many different things that we have no control over, like sickness, pregnancy or any new stress in your life for that matter( any new change). So you simply can’t know what is going to happen in few weeks, month or years.
So how to free yourself from constant chasing and finally become happy? My answer is 𝓒𝓱𝓪𝓷𝓰𝓮. The more difference you bring into your life the more you learn on a different levels and the more adoptable you become to change. Which is going to give you freedom. Let yourself experience and learn. Learn your body, your mind, your soul and your habits. The moment you surrender and let yourself experience life and simply observe and learn without trying to control is the moment you going to set yourself free! It’s a skill that needs to be learned. The more you practice the better it gets. It’s not easy but it’s possible. It all comes to how much you actually want it 🤍..

People ask me if I workout every day. Honestly, never have been in my life. I know some people, and I know there are many out there who do go to the gym 6-7 days a week. But their training is very different from what my training usually looks like. I’m not prescribing or recommending one or another. I’m just saying it’s not working for me, but it works for someone else. So you don’t necessarily have to give up all of your time to start exercising.
For the past 3 month I’ve been doing some intense training. It’s 3 times a week, very structured and very specific. And I’m very proud of how consistent I’ve become! Hello and thank you .5k for the support🙏🏻 Truly speaking I wasn’t this consistent for almost 5 years! But I’m very intended to keep going even when conditions will change. It’s easy to do something when everything laid out for you. But most of the time there are no perfect conditions, we can’t put life on hold, and life is not a straight line. So it’s discipline that keeps you going in the most difficult time. And it’s about methods that working for you at this moment. Most likely in a month from now my schedule will change so are my methods. But I won’t stop.
I understand that most of you guys haven’t been perfect during this time. And may be you tried but didn’t stick, and maybe picked up couple of bad habits. But a good thing is that you can always 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓 and 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏. You can always find solutions, find what works better for you, communicate with your family members, friends to support you.
Tomorrow is a new day. Start with small things. Make yourself proud.

My boy Danny thought me some new drills on agility ladder a few days ago 🤘🏻 So I incorporated them in my 15 min dynamic warm up before main lifts, along with some favorite flows, and felt great.
