Take a Speak Peak at One of Our Basketball Lessons Conducted By Josh Wolf 🏀
1) Josh started the lesson with a few dribbling exercises to increase ball handling and control.
2) Josh adjusted the student's shot form to maximize consistency. Then, to help master the form, Josh conducted a series of form shooting drills.
3) Josh led the student through a series of catch and shoot scenarios, placing emphasis on footwork.
4) To wrap it up, Josh gave the student a list footwork drills to work on at home.
