Our Story
We teach realistic adult self defense in a safe and family -style environment. Using the Chinese martial art of Wing Tsun Kung Fu we train in tactics, strategies and techniques to brink this street-effective art of self defense to meet the needs of the modern world. Founded by a woman. Wing Tsun utilizes the natural attributes of females to their advantage.
We have regular seminars on the 3rd and 4th Saturday of the month for special groups (college bound, public transportation commuters, etc)
