it’s savory, it’s sweet, it’s our juicy chicken…we brine the chicken in buttermilk overnight, smoke it for a couple and grill it to order. honey dipped with hot honey mustard and served over grilled rabe and those yum yum crispy idaho potatoes.

the beef cheek tacos we are doing tomorrow are going to be pretty darn special. we smoked them alllll day, then wrapped em up in corn husk so they can steam and get very tender, and will be served tomorrow on our housemade tallow tortillas, topped with chopped white onion, cilantro, sour cream, salsa verde + oaxacan cheese.
