Chabad Jewish Center of Cape Ann
Chabad-Lubavitch of Cape Ann is a place where every Jew is welcome - regardless of affiliation or level of knowledge.
We strive to bring the joy and warmth of Judaism to all.
Every year there are those who can't make it to services, therefore once again we are bringing back the VERY popular Shofar on the Boulevard. The past two years it was a beautiful and inspiring experience, standing and praying at the water's edge while hearing the shofar blasts alongside the crashing waves with such a diverse group of people. We know we need that again.
We will meet at "The Man at the Wheel" for a short service including sounding of the Shofar and the Tashlich ceremony. All are welcome to join in this experience. Apple, honey and other holiday treats for all the enjoy bringing in a sweet new year.
Your RSVP is appreciated to help us properly prepare. Chabadcapeann.com/shofar

The JWC calendar is looking fabulous!
Over the past year, more than 100 women and girls came together for Jewish Women Circle events!
Our first Challah Bake started off strong, with the circle starting to form. Together, we built friendships through tapping into our creative energy with Menorahs & Martinis, Resin Mezuzah, and putting together stunning Floral Arrangements with Shelley in honor of Shavuot. We united together and supported one another during a difficult time at the Unity Challah Bake in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in Israel. We learned new culinary skills at the Babka Bake and Sushi in the Sukka.
At each one of the amazing gatherings, we enjoyed delicious refreshments, spent time getting to know one another, and linked our circle closer.

Today marks 30 years since the Chabad Rebbes passings- Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson. The Rebbes Yartziet, the 3rd of Tammuz.
The Rebbe empowered us to go out to the world and share love, share passion for Judaism and share whatever we can with everyone we meet. The Rebbe had so much love for every human being and taught us by example. The Rebbe did everything in his power to make this world a comfortable home for G-d. We have to finish the job so that Moshiach will come and make this world a world of peace and only good. A world where there will be no more hostages, no more illness, no more anti semitism, no more war.
The Rebbe, is the driving force in our life, our constant inspiration.
The Rebbe is not just my Rebbe, he is your Rebbe too!
The Rebbe believed in each of you, he believed in your inherent infinite potential & in the beautiful person you are.
The Rebbe knew that we all have the ability & strength within to make a difference in our lives & in the lives of others, with an open heart & unconditional love!
We are honored to be Shluchim/ emissaries of the Rebbe sharing this inspiration here in Cape Ann and surrounding areas.
Thousands flock the grave site of the
Rebbe today from every corners of the globe, from every backround imaginable to pray for everything and anything on their hearts and minds. Rabbi Avremi Raichik is there today, if you would like him to pray on your behalf comment with your name ben/bas your mother or message me.
It's been a while... but I'm happy to share the Challah Shoppe is back for the summer!

For the past 24 hours, we have all been crying tears of joy. Tears of hope. Tears of yearning for the hostages that still need to come home. And we have been replaying the videos of their homecoming again and again and again.
For the past 24 hours, we have witnessed once more what it means to be one nation, with one heart. Young and old, from all spectrums and all corners of the world, there were people dancing in the streets, celebrating the best piece of news.
And for the past 24 we have been looking at a photo of Arnon Zmora with awe and respect for a hero that gave his life to bring those four hostages home.
Please join us this Wednesday as we commemorate the first time we stood together, as one nation, with one heart.
Join us as we honor the memory of Arnon, as we thank G-d for the giant miracles, as we salute all our IDF heroes, and most importantly as we storm the heavens and pray for the return of the rest of our hostages.
WE ARE ONE FAMILY AND ONE PEOPLE.
Hope to see you on Wednesday, June 12 at 5:30pm.
In loving memory of Arnon Zmora
Joining the Shavuot celebration is a source of much blessings for our families, specifically our children. Let's do it for our own children, and for the children of our entire nation.
