Called out today for grinding brakes on a 03 Isuzu NPR. This guy got the whole front end rebuilt with new brake pads, brake rotors and the wheel bearings w/seals were replaced.
Customer called and said the engine power is reduced on this 6.6 Duramax.

A customer is complaining about loud squeaks when braking( sounds like nails on a chalkboard). Rotors are very glazed over. A reflection in the brake rotor, similar to looking into a mirror is not good for brake effort and distance.
Found a broken pushrod on a Ford 7.3 Diesel. At an idle there was a popping noise/ air noise from intake.
When a custom has new tires installed at a "Professional tire shop" but they jack up the RV from the differential and bend the cover causing the fluid to leak out and it destroys the bearings! 🫤

Got this Duramax swapped out back to the customer. Another work truck up and rolling! (Looks kinda like a show truck but this thing actually works hard)
Engine pulled.. swap a few parts to the "newer" engine then back in place shortly.
This Customer called to have a coolant leak fixed and while on the phone... Someone side swiped the truck and destroyed the driver side mirror. Got a new mirror and coolant hose installed so this customer is back on the road.
New transmission going into a Chevy Tahoe
When you get called out for a drivability issue and find a broken belt. Quick and easy fix to be back on the road again.
Crank no start you say? Ford with the dreaded 6.4 with an old style fuel rail pressure sensor causing intermittent power loss, start then die and a crank no start. All at random times. With a new sensor installed, this truck is ready to work again!
Out with the old Camshaft Position Sensor and in with the new. This engine was hard starting and sluggish because of a failing sensor.
Suspension noise you say?
What is thought to be a simple leaking wheel cylinder turns into full-on brake. One lug stud backed its way out and destroyed everything inside this drum brake.

Early morning repair for this trucker on the side of the road!
Some days you get called out for a simple diagnosis and repair. Other days you can get called out to fix somebody else's mess. Someone else got halfway through replacing an engine on an X5( the hard way) then just disappeared with no trace.
Friday's Rehab of a 2019 Dodge Journey. This customer had some major damage after a front end collision. Replaced the Subframe, Control arm, axle and sway bark links to get the vehicle moving until further repairs can be made.
Power Steering pressure line rubbed an pinhole and caused a very messy leak on a Honda Pilot! We replaced this power steering line and the customer was back on the road making money!
