Nosu Ramen With a culinary team obsessed with Japanese Ramen - we are excited to give Golden a dining option it has never seen. We want to create a restaurant that is playful, comfortable for all and at an affordable price.

A little update. We have been pretty short staffed like a lot of businesses lately. A single Covid case, a cook with twins born early or any issue has us in a predicament. We have not been open the last 5 or 6 Saturday days even though we would love to be.

Went to Dairy Queen this week and it was closed due to staffing. Went to Jamba Juice instead where a single 16 year old was getting pummeled. Be kind. The pandemic has brought a lot of businesses to their knees.

Please support us when we are open. We are taking a break July 5th-13th. We need to change them menu, do some work on our kitchen. So please, instead of kicking the door because we couldn't open today- come see us at Happy Hour or dinner through July 3rd.

Nosu Ramen updated their business hours.

We are looking to add some Servers and Hosts for our busy tourist and patio season. We are a tip pooled restaurant.

Nosu is looking for an experienced line cook. We tip pool so pay is $18-$25 on average. Weekends and evenings.

We just passed a milestone which seems surreal at this point considering we opened just as the Covid Pandemic had reached the US.

It hasn't been easy; it's been an emotional rollercoaster. As a new business we were helped by the City of Golden, Colorado - Municipal Government and the State but missed out on much of the Federal assistance being a new business. The word pivot become a necessary business strategy I grew to despise.

We are still here. We hope to be here for the long run. We have found some great employees and think the food is comforting and super delicious.
