Our names are Mark and Sarah Benavides, and we will be taking ownership of Barre Haus! We are current gym owners of Exclusively You Personal Training Studio and could not be more excited to continue and carry on Katie’s legacy at Barre Haus. We would love to invite you to a meet and greet with us TOMORROW, this Saturday at Barre Haus from 6:30-8pm! You’ll also be able to meet some current trainers from both facilities. We understand this is extremely short notice, please know that we couldn’t wait to get the news out to you and tried to push this as fast as possible. If you’re unable to attend that’s OK! Please reach out to us and we would be happy to talk to you!


If you loved taking Barre, Yoga, Pilates, and Sculpt; don’t you worry because ALL of those will be returning with a few new instructors being added to the team soon! More information on the schedule and processes will be coming out to you this week!

Its time for a change

As Many of you already know I have my children full time now. As a mom first I have obligations to my family. I have decided to spend more time with my children and be more involved in their schooling and activities. I will be cutting way back on my hours as of the week of September 11th. I will be available on Mondays from 9-5 and every other Saturday from 8-6. I will not be accepting any new clients going forward. I appreciate all of you for your loyalty and support. In addition to being with my children I will be working on my classes for Find Your Peace. These classes will allow me to follow my passion, helping people. They will be available to Stacey's Sugaring & Skin Care clients at a discounted price. These classes will be a guide to assist you in living the life you want to live. Topics including past trauma, the power of belief, journaling, meditating, self care, and understanding your emotions to name a few.

Our new team!
We have two new team members that will be starting this month! In addition an esthetician will be working one Sunday a month. She will be renting the room from me on those days. Her name is Debra and her website is gloestudio.com (http://www.gloestudio.com)
Debra offers brazilian and underarm sugaring, dermaplane facials, microneedling and microchanneling.
All three are licensed estheticians and will be providing sugaring services as well as other new services. I will send out another email introducing them.
All of my current services will still be provided in addition to lashes, permanent make up, and spray tanning. Now available for sale: Yoni oil!
