If you guys are ever up in San Francisco please visit . Had an excellent experience on a Saturday and Sunday, got partnered up with who pushed the hell out of me, all equipment were out, studio was clean, music was good, trainers pushed every member, you can notice the sense of community from the moment you step in. Matt gave me tips on places to eat, coffee shops, got introduced to class, members came talk to me after class… I usually ask how long they have been a member, what did they used to do before F45, what other training they do and if they see themselves leaving F45 to try something new. The answers here are usually common when you have an owner operator running the show, they all mentioned Amy, how much effort she puts in, how she is very careful with who she hires, if she hires someone who just walk around doing absolutely nothing she fires them straight away and steps in to run classes herself, how she genuinely cares about the members and she knows every single person. Most of the people I talked to have been members for years, no one is leaving, lots of them skip wednesday’s cardio hell to do Pilates. F45 studios are not only about an excellent 45 min workout, is about the experience, meeting like minded people and it’s fun. Thanks Amy and her trainers for the experience. Amy’s studio is one of the first F45s in the USA and used to be the top performer before Covid.

- I like to work and workout at F45. First, its being an amazing learning for me. I have learned from all the coaches and also from our members. The workouts are challenging, it reminds me my days practicing for soccer lol however more than just the workout what I am most grateful of F45 is the friends that I made down there.

Last Challenge Party
Our Last Challenge Winners Jim Sinai and Ryan Taylor. Jim lost 8lbs, -3,7% body fat adding 0.5lbs of muscle, Ryan lost 10lbs, changing his body fat percentage composition from 16.8% down to 11.6%, adding 1,1lbs of muscle.

We would like to introduce the staff that makes F45 Goleta go-round! Welcome to our Trainer Tuesday series.
Meet Coach Cindy!
Cindy is coming up on a year at F45 Goleta. She first joined F45 in Washington DC where she grew tied to her community and the brutal workouts! Cindy found it to be an easy transition to her hometown studio, where she grew close to our members.
Something you likely didn’t know about her👉 Cindy is headed off to law school this fall and is interested in pursuing a career in sports law.
Bonus: When she is not at the gym on the weekends, she’s likely in LA trying out new restaurants & hiking trails.
She is leaving us soon to spend some time traveling Mexico City. You can catch her last set of classes (for now) on Saturday: 6:50 AM, 8:00 AM, and 9:15 AM.
Beyond the gym, she is a role model for everywhere.
So, let us applaud this remarkable trainer at F45 for her dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals. She is a true embodiment of strength, empowerment, and inspiration. May her journey continue to inspire others to reach new heights and embrace their own strength within.

Join a few of our members LAST community paddle for the winter season is this Saturday, February 10th from 10-12pm. Come on down to the beach (sea landing), and try out paddling. This is a great chance to get in an outrigger canoe, connect with the paddling community, and get out on the water. It doesn’t matter if you have never tried paddling before, or if you’ve come to all the events. This is open to new paddlers that want to join the team, as well as anyone who just wants a fun Saturday morning (but doesn’t want to commit any further than that). ANYONE and EVERYONE are invited to join 🐋
Afterward we will head to on State Street for lunch and beverages. Draughtsman is donating $1 for every 16oz beer, so we will be sure to come thirsty.
