Busy this week with lots to do in El Segundo. Check out this Thursday the art walk. Cool way to see lots of great art work show cased inside cool new business buildings. We will be part of this great event. Come join the fun. Each place will be serving drinks and little appetizers. Go into the buildings with the balloons hanging on the outside.

It's official! Two new classes starting 5/17/2016 Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm. These are for the ladies getting ready for the summer months and need that kick in the ass workout to lift that butt and to tone those abs. Special offer sign up, $44.00 for 10 classes a month and all access to the gym. Walk-ins are $10 a class. Don't wait till last minute. Get that body toned and ready for the summer.

Nice little workout with some special forces guys this morning. Using the my gym as there home base. Nothing like a 30,20,10 reps for time with 4 stations to kick off the morning. better then coffee I say.Lol

Every Saturday at 7am 1full hour to get ready for any competition or race that you would like to train for. Get ahead of the pack and be stronger and faster then all the rest.
