As a tribute to a scorching hot summer, we think it’s time to let out our next creation, our Buffalo shrimp! Same hand battered fried shrimp as before, tossed in wing sauce, splashed with our very own buttermilk ranch, and laid to rest on a pillow soft French roll. Bring on the forehead sweat!

We’ve been working hard making quite a few changes to the menu, and we couldn’t be more excited to give a sneak peek of one!

We’ve taken away the burger and replaced it with the Busted Burger!

Seasoned ground beef tossed in Pepper Jack Queso, grilled onions, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles and covered in house sauce. Would you eat this one?? Stay with us because we have quite a few more menu items in the works!

Well hello there!!

We may have been quiet the past few months, but we’ve been behind the scenes working hard on our menu, especially with The Howler. Still using the same 44 Farms Chuck steak we used before, but added a TON more flavor into it!! We are VERY excited about this!

And that’s a wrap! Thank you again to all of our loyal customers! We’ve enjoyed being a part of the Gonzales community!

We have some unfortunate news. We are going to close this location.We will be open tomorrow and Sunday, then closed by Monday.

We do plan on relocating, but we do not have a location just yet.
If you want to grab some food one last time to hold you over until then, be sure to come by this weekend!!!

These are the owners of Big Bad Bites, Cory & Kaitlin Hebert.
Cory started his food business as a food truck in 2015 & operated mostly in the greater Baton Rouge Area as . Kaitlin has been a physical therapist for Baton Rouge General since 2012.
Both originally from the Acadiana area, the couple met in 2016 and married in 2021. Just a few months later, after two years of site selection, hurricanes & pandemic issues, they opened Big Bad Bites.
