OR, you can purchase frozen arepas that can be cooked later on. Stock up to celebrate Colombian Independence day on July 20th!

Arepas - a Colombian staple! If you've never heard of these before think of a pancake made with cornmeal and cheese. Delicious! It's commonly eaten as a breakfast but also can be a side to a meal. They do contain dairy. DM me for further questions or to place an order!
