We’re thrilled to introduce Helena Navarro, a seasoned stylist with 13 years of experience. She specializes in Brazilian blowouts, extensions, haircuts, and balayage, with a love for adding dimensional tones to brown hair. 🌟💇‍♀️

Helena’s favorite part of her job? Seeing her clients leave the salon feeling confident and beautiful. ✨

Outside the salon, Helena enjoys time with her husband Miguel and their two boys, Landen and Zander. She loves watching her kids play sports, indulging in reality TV or crime shows, and jamming to R&B and 80’s music. 🎶📺

Fun fact: Helena met her husband in fifth grade, and they’re still going strong after 9 years of marriage. She lives by the motto, “Everything you want is on the other side of fear,” which is why skydiving is on her bucket list! 🪂🎬

🌟 Meet Viv, Our Newest Salon Assistant! 🌟

We’re beyond excited to introduce Vivian Montañez, better known as Viv, to the Studio Linea assisting team.

Viv’s favorite thing about being in the salon? Making people feel beautiful and confident, of course! She’s a pro at creating Old Hollywood waves and knows how to deliver the perfect blowout. 💁‍♀️💫

When Viv isn’t mastering her craft, you can find her coaching cheerleading at Verrado High, hitting the gym, or spending quality time with family and friends. She’s also a big fan of traveling, fashion, and relaxing by the river. 🌍👗🏞️

Fun fact: Viv is not just passionate about hairstyling, but is also working on finishing her Engineering degree at Estrella Mountain Community College. Talk about dedication! ✨🎓

Viv’s on a mission to finish school, build a stellar clientele, and stay true to herself while becoming a great stylist.

Hey everyone,

We wanted to share a quick update about the opening of Studio Linea. Due to some unforeseen construction delays, we’ve had to push our opening date from August 22nd to October 1st. 😩😩

While we’re bummed about the delay, we’re taking this extra time to ensure everything is absolutely perfect for our grand opening. This also gives our team the opportunity to get even more training and preparation in, so we can provide the best possible experience for all our new clients.

Fun fact: Lenya is a huge fan of The Office, played volleyball for 5 years, was the captain of her pom team, absolutely loves chihuahuas, and was always voted most talkative and postive person in school.

Alanah is a true expert in her field with over 15 years of experience behind the chair. She is skilled in achieving your goal color in a healthy way, she loves to work with blondes and dimensional color, haircutting is her ultimate love, with a particular passion for creating the perfect Precision Bob. ✂️🎨

Alanah’s favorite part of being a hairstylist is building personal connections and helping clients feel their absolute best. She finds immense joy in every transformation, whether it’s a dramatic hair makeover or a subtle change that makes a big impact. Watching the confidence and happiness radiate from her clients after sitting in her chair is incredibly rewarding for her. 💕 💇‍♀️💕

Her signature style? Working wonders with thick and curly hair textures! 🌟

When she’s not transforming hair, you will most likely find her at her favorite beach spending quality time with her two sons, Jackson and Quentin, her husband, Steve, and their Rottweiler, Max. 🐾

Obsessed with this copper hair!!! So it’s a great time to remind you all of how to care for vibrant hair colors to keep them looking amazing between salon visits….
1. Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner to prevent the color from fading.

2. Wash your hair with cold water to prevent the color from bleeding and fading. Especially here in AZ with our hard water.

3. Limit your hair washing to once or twice a week to preserve the color.

4. Use a heat protectant before using hot tools on your hair.

5. Avoid chlorine and saltwater as they can strip the color from your hair.

6. Use a color-depositing conditioner to refresh the color between salon visits.

7. Protect your hair from the sun by wearing a hat or using a UV protectant spray.

Blonde hair don't care . I love these two rows of extensions and blonde transformation we did recently.

I have had a lot of new clients recently say their hair never grows past a certain length no matter how hard they try. It might seem counterintuitive, but the only way to grow your hair is to get consistent trims. Getting on a regular hair cutting schedule prevents the hair cuticle from splitting at the end. This means trimming at least every six weeks. When the cuticle splits at the ends it starts to climb up the hair shaft and will become so thin it breaks off. This is especially true for my fine haired ladies. I've been so lucky to meet some amazing women since I've moved to Arizona only a few months ago and this lady is no different. Loving Theresa's new cut and color we did this week. We took her from a Carmel blonde to red and did a little refresh to her straight razor haircut we did a few months ago. 🙌🏼

As I reflect on this past year in my business I have been reminded of how incredibly grateful I am to be surrounded by such amazing women . Its been incredible that in such a short time I have been able to meet some pretty amazing women and female business owners here in Arizona and to my amazing friends and business owners in Oregon I so appreciate our friendship and the relationships I have built with you over this past ten years. I love all of you so much! Here is to another ten years! May we all continue to f**k s**t up , disrupt our industries and make life better for those that come after us. 🙌🏼🙌🏼
